2. Eligibility for Use and Account

However, Product pictures are indicative and may not exactly match the actual Product due to factors like screen calibration, natural variations in organic ingredients, or minor packaging updates.
3.2. “Natural” and “Organic” Claims: Products are labeled based on the raw material sourcing and manufacturing process as certified/warranted by the manufacturer/supplier. We do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, information, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3.3. Product Use and Allergy Disclaimer: * External Use: All body care Products are for external use only. * Patch Test: You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to perform a patch test before using any new Product, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. * Allergies: We clearly list all ingredients. We shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, allergies, or issues arising from the use of the Products. By purchasing, you accept all risk and responsibility for the use of the Products.
3.4. Limitation of Sales: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance
4.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise. The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is clearly mentioned. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
4.2. Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
4.3. Payment Security: We do not store your credit card or sensitive financial information. All online payments are processed through secure, trusted third-party payment gateways. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to any payment issues or fraudulent transactions.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Delivery Locations: We currently deliver Products only within India.
5.2. Estimated Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the logistics partner.
5.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon delivery of the Product to the common carrier.
5.4. Tampered Packaging: You must not accept delivery of a tampered or visibly damaged package. Acceptance of such a package will be at your own risk and will disqualify you from any claims for damage or missing items.
6. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

6.2. Cancellations: We shall not impose any cancellation charges on consumers cancelling after confirming purchase unless similar charges are also borne by the Company if we cancel the purchase order unilaterally for any reason.

8. Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 Compliance
