We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.299. Order below Rs.299 will be charged shipping fee of Rs.39 and for COD orders, a handling fee of Rs.19 applies.

1. Order Processing Time
Dispatch Time: Within 24 Hours
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 business hours (1 business days) of receiving the confirmed order and payment.
Business Hours: Our operations run from Monday to Sunday (24/7).Â
Please Note: Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This does not include the shipping time.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time
The standard shipping time is typically 2Â to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They may vary depending on the delivery location (city/state) and the courier partner.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or public unrest, delivery times may exceed the estimated duration. We will keep you informed in such cases.
3. Shipping ChargesÂ
Our shipping charges are simple and based on your order value:
- Shipping charges are calculated on the total value of the products in your cart after any discounts and before the Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee (if applicable).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Handling Charge
An additional ₹19/- (Rupees Nineteen Only) Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee will be applied to every order opted for the COD payment method, regardless of the order value.
This charge is separate from the shipping fee and covers the logistics and administrative costs associated with processing COD payments.
The total amount payable on a COD order will be: (Product Value + Shipping Charge (If applicable) + COD Handling Fee).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner’s website.
You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number.
It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated on the courier’s website.
6. Important Points
Pincode Serviceability: We strive to deliver to the maximum number of pincodes across India. However, if your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and initiate a full refund if the payment has already been made.
Complete and Accurate Address: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct Pincode and a valid mobile number, to avoid any delays or failed deliveries.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: If you receive a damaged product, or if your package is lost in transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (available on our website) and contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving the product or receiving a notification of a lost shipment. Please make sure to record a video while unpackaging (opening) the Product box and packaging to ensure that the product is in good condition and not in the damaged condition. To ensure that in the condition of any damage of your product, the refund proceess verification become more easy and genuine if you hav video proof with you.
