1. Shipping Policy
Dispatch Time: All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours (2 business days).
Shipping Duration: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time for your order is 5-7 business days for delivery. Please note that this duration is an estimate and actual delivery may vary based on location and unforeseen logistical issues.
Shipping Charges:
Orders below ₹ 299/-: A flat shipping charge of ₹ 39/- will be applied.
Orders above ₹ 299/-: Shipping is FREE.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges: A flat Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge of ₹ 9/- will be applied to every COD order, irrespective of the order value. This charge is non-refundable.
2. Return Policy
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our natural and organic body care products and accessories. We accept returns only for products that meet the strict hygiene and condition requirements outlined below.
2.1. Eligibility for Return
A return request must be raised within 7 days of the product delivery date. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
The product must be eligible for return under the following mandatory conditions:
Condition: The product must be returned in its original, sealed, and unused condition.
Packaging: The original packaging, including the unbroken product seal and intact tags, must be present.
Hygiene Exclusion: For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or altered in any way is not eligible for return. This is strictly enforced for all body care and cosmetic items.
Note: If a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, please report it to our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
2.2. Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact the Pulpyherbs Customer Care team via email (or a dedicated channel provided on the website) within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
Pickup & Quality Check (QC): Our courier partner will collect the product. Upon receipt at the Pulpyherbs warehouse, a mandatory Quality Check will be performed to confirm that the product is unused, unopened, and has the seal and tags intact.
Rejection: If the returned product fails the Quality Check (e.g., seal is broken, product is used, tags are removed), we reserve the right to reject the return, and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after a successful Quality Check of the returned product at our warehouse.
3.1. Refundable Amount
Only the Product Amount will be returned to the customer.
Non-Refundable Charges: The following charges are strictly non-refundable:
Shipping Charges (₹ 39/- or any promotional shipping fee).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Handling Charges (₹ 9/-).
Example: If you placed an order for a product worth ₹ 250 with a shipping charge of ₹ 39 and a COD charge of ₹ 9 (Total paid: ₹ 298), your eligible refund amount is only ₹ 250.
3.2. Refund Timeline
In compliance with general e-commerce standards, once the returned product arrives at the Pulpyherbs warehouse and passes the Quality Check:
The refund process will be initiated within 5-7 business days after the product has been verified at our warehouse.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on the payment method used and the policies of your bank or payment gateway:
Prepaid Orders (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallet): The refund will be credited back to the original source of payment. This typically takes an additional 2-10 business days after initiation.
COD Orders: The refund will be processed via bank transfer to the bank account details provided by you at the time of return initiation. This typically takes an additional 5-10 business days after initiation.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched (i.e., within the 48-hour dispatch window). Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, follow the return process as detailed above after delivery, provided the return eligibility criteria are met.
